Cancellation Policy
Hello Beautiful Clients!
While I understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary, please note that retainers are non-refundable. I do not charge a cancellation fee as of now because of this. (subject to change)
Your retainer secures your appointment slot and is essential to maintain my schedule. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer will not be refunded but can be used towards a future appointment within 30 days. After the 30 days, the retainer will be forfeited.
Any changes to this policy will be sent directly to the email/number that I have on record before they go into effect.
